Residents of LaBrea Park West are thrilled to see new sidewalks being constructed on West 20th Street between LaBrea and Orange. Demolition of the old sidewalk began on Wednesday, April 28. The project was paid for by federal stimulus funds, and was the result of a neighborhood walk residents took with Councilman Herb Wesson nearly two years ago.
